- General update of Plane of Knowledge which will introduce new quests and fixes for existing quests.
- Missing spells like Illusion Scaled Wolf are now on vendors.
- Parchement quest NPC's have been updated to reflect reward changes that were put in place on the PC version.
- Hollowshade has been updated which should correct issues related to the war script.

Technical Phone Support and Live chat will be closed Monday November 17, 2003 after 11:30AM PST Live. Normal hours for both Tech Support and Live Chat will resume on Tuesday November 18, 2003.

VAT Charged for the European Union Subscribers
To comply with changes in the law in the European Union, Sony Online Entertainment game Subscribers who are residents of EU countries will be charged VAT equal to 17.5% of the subscription fees. These changes require that digital services be taxed at the point of consumption , i.e. in your country of residence. The countries currently covered by this policy are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.
