Members should beware of scams that ask for your credit card information or password via an email or other communication - Sony Online Entertainment will never ask for your full credit card number or password via an email. And members should be careful not to download viruses or harmful programs from the Internet that may allow hackers access to their systems. If you believe you have fallen for a scam and given out your personal information or someone has contacted you via email requesting your personal information, change your password right away and notify us at privacy@station.sony.com. To change your password, go to your Membership Info area.
